I’m looking for an app that’ll do a holiday mode by hiding add to cart button for physical products only, and let digital products still be sold (including gift cards). Is there such a thing? Thanks.

You need to create a separate product template for your physical products and then you can hide the add to cart button from your physical product template only. Hiding the add to cart button can be done through CSS. Can you share your Store URL and Password if enabled so that I can guide you in detail?
