I am sure this is a commonly asked question.
We have a brand video in Mp4 format. This video has our brand track laid over the top.
We want our video to play sound automatically when you land on the website, however when Mp4 is uploaded, applied to the video section the sound does not play.
Is there any way to make this automatically play with sound, or does sound not play due to users configurations = outside of shopify control ?
I am aware i can load our video into youtube and then this will play with music, but do not want the interface.I want a seamless experience.
