Can any one suggest how to create Live Chat on online store?

Hi,

I am quite new on Shopify.
Does the Shopify first plan has offer a free “Live Chat” on website? If it does, then how can I set up the Live Chat?
Or else, what can I do to set up the Live Chat on website? Do I have to download Plug-In? If it does then which of plug-in is your best suggestion?
