Hello, I am looking for a Shopify theme that allows you to view products by vendor. Does anyone know if any specific shopify theme allows for this please?

You mean you want to display the vendor name on your product.

In case you want to allow your customers to filter your products based on vendor I would suggest you to create a tags like vendor_ebay, vendor_amazon and this is how you will be able to create a faced on your PLP (product listing pages) or create some navigation links on your navigation menu (shopify allows you to define navigation based on your products tags).
