I am trying to get a hold of customer service and there is no solution in help section. It just takes me back in a circle. I tried emailing support and I received a reply saying they don’t answer emails anymore without a check number. I don’t know why this is so difficult. Can anyone help, please?

I’m not able to get into my account to make changes as if my subscription has been cancelled or something. However, my site is still up and I’m still being charged. I just would like to speak with someone who can help me.
