We want our faq just like this website, but none of the apps provide this kind of layout etc. So i am curious if someone can help us with finding a code for it.

You should give a try the collapsible content from the customizer.
The thing missing in the above example is bookmark of heading on left.
If you still do not like it, we can code your FAQ page, according to your requirement.
