Please can somebody help with Facebook Commerce Account Error?

Happy to help on this. Can you kindly provide some more context on what the issue may be with your Facebook Commerce Account.
If at all possible could you share a full-screen screenshot of the error here so that I can take a closer look?
Are there any errors showing in your Shopify admin on the Facebook Channel, when you visit Online store > Facebook > settings? If so, please also share a screenshot of that too. In the meantime, you can have a look at their help center here for some answers to common questions.
