Our site is experiencing an issue in which our Facebook pixel is properly set up on the Facebook & Instagram Shopify app. Unfortunately the pixel is not working on our site (even though it is set up). It works 1/10 times (we are verifying using the Meta Pixel Helper). If you click around our site 6-7 times, it shows up. When you click to another page, it disappears. It’s extremely inconsistent. Has anyone experienced this issue and if so were you able to solve it? It’s extremely frustrating as we aren’t able to figure out how to approach troubleshooting this issue. I appreciate your help in advance.

Same issue but with CATALOG. META API was down last week. I think that is the issue.
Were you able to fix the issue? Or did it resolve on its own? Thanks for your response!
It was RED 6 days ago and each day it has gotten better on its own.

Do you still encounter the issue? If so, we recommend that you:
- Try clearing your cache or trying a different web browser to see if the issue persists. Sometimes, these inconsistencies are related to individual browser settings or issues.
- Verify if there are any conflicting apps or scripts. Other Shopify apps or custom scripts running on your site could potentially interfere with the Facebook pixel.
- Test if the pixel works more consistently on a different Shopify theme. If this fixes the issue, the problem could lie within your current theme.
