Hello guys, Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I tried to put it in the email and this error happened.
So I must use a PC to set this up?
At the moment I can not use anything but my mobile phone.

I understand you’re receiving an error message when entering your email address via Stripe. I recommend reading Stripe’s Error Codes doc as it states: Check that the email address is properly formatted and only includes allowed characters.
Another option @Suraj_Singh mentioned is local troubleshooting such as clearing your cache and cookies. You can also try on another device or browser.

Thanks for the help but Stripe doesn’t even accept my email or let me create a new account(password).
Something must be off. I will try to get into my PC in a few days.

It may be best to connect with their support team to see if there are any issues on the backend and what is preventing you from entering your email or creating a new account.
