Can anyone help with payment method issues?

I have a problem with the method of payment. All I want to pay is it gives me these prices. Can you help me, please, please?

From the banner on your admin, I can see that your PayPal account has been limited. For this, I would recommend you first contact PayPal here and ask them about the state of your account and what your next steps are.

Besides PayPal, what other payment methods have you enabled? To check your customer’s error and see if it was related to the PayPal issue or not - could you go to Orders > Abandoned Carts in your Shopify admin, click into the latest order/s there and scroll down to the Timeline section? From here, you will see any errors that may have cause for that message to come up for you customer, and what payment method they are coming from.
