Can anyone help with starter plan app compatibility issues?

Hey there! I just opened my new store and want to start with the STARTER PLAN, which is the one I am using at the moment. Have a few doubts though..wondering if someone can help me please! :scream:

  1. I wanted some type of product review app: tried downloading Junip and Reputon but cannot manage to make them work. I know the starter plan is quite limited.. but does anyone have any information about this?

  2. Which apps have you found that work with the starter plan? Because on the Shopify app store, many appear written as “compatible” but then they do not work.. even wondered if there is any definition on my safari or chrome?

No idea..Help me please :hear_no_evil_monkey:

The “Starter Plan” doesn’t allow you to have an online store (ie. website) – it’s purely for selling ‘in person’ and via social media … so you wouldn’t be able to use a reviews app (as review apps are for online stores / websites).

The cheapest plan that allows for an online store / website is the “Basic Plan”.

As far as recommendations on reviews apps goes, I always recommend going with the Judge.Me app (https://apps.shopify.com/judgeme).

I know this is old but the reply is incorrect, you absolutely DO get a store with the Starter Plan, it’s just very limited and very few apps work with it. Again, you 100% do get an online store for anyone that stumbles across this like I did.
