I recommend using Easify Product Options for this case. This app is particularly well-suited for customizable products, allowing you to set up various options and questions effectively. While it may not match 100% with the store page you provided, it offers a lot of flexibility.

- To make sure that customers have to choose 3 flavors when they choose 3 jars, use Conditional logic in Advanced Settings, and you set the same for 1 Jar and 2 Jars as well.
- To allow quantity selector, just need to enable the Allow Quantity Selector for option value in Advanced settings and set Exact Total 3 for 3 jars, 2 for 2 jars and 1 for 1 jar option (this image is for 3 jars option)
