Can someone confirm if Brother QL800 and TSC Te 244 thermal printers work with Shopify ? I need a printer to pint ship

We do have a list of Shopify-supported shipping label printers and the Brother QL-1110NWB is listed as one of our supported printers. However, the Brother QL-800 and TSC TE244 aren’t listed as a Shopify-supported label printer. With that said, should you need a way to print labels while sourcing for a new label printer, then you can also consider using a standard desktop printer for the time being.

I noticed that you’re a new member of our Shopify Community and I’d love to hear more about your business. What kinds of products are you selling? Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?

The thumb rule is to check whether the printer supports the paper size (4 x 6 inches / 100 x 150 mm / A6). This is the size for thermal label printers.

Just want to confirm that does the TSC TE244 works for you ?

I have TSC TE244 printer but don’t know what configuration to use in shopify label generator.
