Hi, there! I’m the administrator for my company, and I recently opened a store with a 14 day trial. After taking a look at it, I spoke with our director and we went ahead and paid for Shopify. We used my account, I added him as staff, and I went to change our shop’s physical address from mine to his. I’m in the US, he’s in Canada. In order to change the country, I had to deactivate Shopify Payments. After I changed it, I went back to reactivate, and Shopify Payments is telling me that the store name is already taken. Of course it is! By me! Do I have to give the store a whole new name just because we changed addresses?
