Has anyone had any luck with connecting one of the Chinese Bluetooth thermal receipt Printers with the POS app? I’ve tried two different ones and have not had any luck connecting via BT. These printers are relatively inexpensive compared to an Epson (which I have coming) but was wondering if there is a last ditch effort I can try before it gets here. If I can save ~$200 on a printer, that would be huge for me.
We only do the SMS or emailed receipts for in store purchases.
But if a customer absolutely needs a receipt for say, crossing the Canada border or something, I can print one from the pc with my shipping label printer.
Under more actions, there is ‘print order page’. I have to scale it down until all of the items purchased fit on the first page, then only print page 1.
For online orders, we print the packing slip on a shipping label too.
I cant believe we are in 2024 and still need paper receipts!? 
Have you had any luck? I really don’t want to spend £250 on a receipt printer that I’ll use 5 times a month. Let me know which ones you’ve tried and I’ll try a different one. Thank you.
