Can customer add CC on checkout page or form to send his purchasing email or notification

I want to add a cc field in which the customer can add a cc( carbon copy ) to send his purchase details. we sell products in bulk or in wholesale stores… can anyone guide how to do that or refer any app regarding this issue..
