I have a metaobject with 12 fields.

Is it possible to create a frontend form so a customer can add data to the object?

Within Shopify you add metadata records/data on the admin screen, I would like to be able to have a form on the website where you can add data to the object/fields without having to be on the admin screen

So for example a user on the front end would be able to add metadata tied to a product on the back end?

yes, although the metadata object I have is not connected to a product, but that would not be any different from a front end submission perspective.
