I sell live houseplants online but get a lot of private requests. Instead of handling everything on my email, is there a way they can open an account via shopify (my site) and privately message me there? I’m hoping to also be able to upload photos in the conversation. Once the items are approved by the buyer, then I can just make a private listing for them on the site.
There are apps out there that are made for requesting a quote, calling for an offer, etc. I’d recommend looking into some of these options to accomplish what you are looking for. There is one called ‘Request a quote & hide price’ by Storeify that I think is worth checking out. They offer a 14-day free trial.
