I currently manage a Shopify store so I am familiar with all the basic functionality for order processing. I am thinking about creating another online store that would require the customer to upload a file. Is this something that Shopify would support, or perhaps there is a specific theme for this?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with allowing customers to upload files, to ensure this gets resolved. To share some context, this can certainly be achieved but would require the use of an app from the Shopify App Store.

Thank you for the suggestion, and yes that would allow customers to upload files. The problem is that at some point those files need to organized into folders such as by state. Creating file folders is such a basic function I just assumed it would be there. But that option is not available.
