Does starter plan have the facility for me to create an upload for customers to send their photos

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. To confirm I’m fully understanding, you’re looking to provide customers with the ability to upload photos to customization products correct?
If so, I recommend checking out the Shopify App Store to complete this. The Starter Plan does not have restrictions when it comes to the addition of apps (excluding apps that require an online sales channel) and have various available that may allow you to achieve this. For ease, I’ve gone ahead and made a few suggestions listed below that you can look into:
Additionally, I’d recommend getting in touch with the app developers directly. They will be able to provide clarification on an app’s capabilities and customizations to confirm whether or not the app will fit your shop’s needs. To get in contact with an app developer, you can head to the Shopify App Store and select Support > Send A Message.

The Shopify app is not help for those who have the starter plan. Everything says it’s not compatible and even if you open the app it clearly says it only works for the basic plan and up. It’s quite disappointing when the features offered under the starter plan state “access to over 13,000 apps”. This is misleading. I have gone thru the help chat and was given 3 apps to look into that all are not compatible.
