What happens if i cant verify my payout method? does my account get block?

I see you are looking for help regarding payment verification. Are you referring to verifying your payment method for your Shopify bill? Or, are you referring to your Shopify Payout being on hold?
If the ladder, you will not receive your payout if you are unable to verify your payout. It is required by our banking partners to verify all Shopify Payments users to ensure that regional payment processing requirements are honoured.
