Is Shopify compatible with FTP transfers? We’ve created two websites and need to show the FTP transfer correctly. We’ve had minimal luck making this happen with our Lab Grown Diamond company. The current FTP Shows the products but needs to display the images, videos, or information on the product. The current URL is www.ethiquediamonds.com . Suppose anyone can help with this process.
