Can I add a custom language to my online store?

I want to add Belgium as language for my store beside Dutch and German, but it’s not listed as language in the languages dropdown.

  • Is Belgium not detected as separate language (nl-be) ?

  • Is it possible to define custom languages?

I want to be able to publish pages like:

example.com/over-ons

example.com/de/uber-uns

example.com/be/over-ons

It even would be ok to generate urls like example.com/nl-be/over-ons.
