Can I add a feature for buyers to leave their Instagram on the cart page?

Great day, I just want to ask if it’s possible to add something to the cart page wherein I want the buyer to be able to leave their Instagram handle- so that I can tag them in a story of me packing or making the item. Is this possible?

please used Cart Note on cart page used can drop note i thing its easy to manage just enable on theme customization cart page

In cart Note you can show the note to the customers. You can do it by yourself.
