Hi, @Nico38 !

Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and for sharing your concern, I’d be happy to help.

It sounds like you are looking to add an option for your customers to leave a Google Review from your emails. Are you able to specify which email you are looking to add this to? For instance, are you looking to send out an email a few days after the order was fulfilled?

You could look to use an app called Grapevine that offers the functionality to include a link that redirects customers to your Google page where they can submit a 1-5 star review on your business. Alternatively, you can look to use Shopify Email and create a more automated solution. This will require you to make your own template and will prompt your customers to leave a Google review.

If you are not too proficient with editing the email template, I recommend speaking with Shopify Experts. This is a marketplace that connects you to professionals in a variety of fields related to your e-commerce business. Doing so will allow you to outline your exact requirements and specifications to send out your email. If you would like to know more about finding the right Expert, please click here.

Do you currently have testimonials or Google Reviews directly on your store? Or just on the Googles Review tab? I’d love to learn more so that I could provide some more information.

@Mac_2 i have google my business for review for my society.

i need add to notification after order on shopify POS.

Hi again, @Nico38 !

Thank you for following up and providing that extra information. In this case, your store comes with email templates that you can customize to advertise your Google Review link. To do this, you will need to head over to your Shopify Admin and head over to Settings. From there, click on Notifications, and scroll down until you find POS and mobile receipt. This is the email that will be sent to the customer after they complete an in person order and want to be emailed a receipt.

Feel free to check out our help document that goes over how to add a custom message to your email. You can use this to help update your email to include the Reviews link.

Are you currently only selling locally? Do you have any plans on selling internationally?

@Mac_2 thx for your reply,

i need code htlm for insert my link ca you help me ?

i sell only in europe for the moment why this question ?

i would like add button as “visiter notre boutique”

Hi again, @Nico38 !

I’m happy to help with the code. While this is not my expertise, I will do my best to assist you. It sounds like you are looking to add a Review button similar to the Visit Our Store Button on the POS order receipt email. To do this, you will need to head over to your Shopify Admin and head over to Settings. From there, click on Notifications, and scroll down until you find POS and mobile receipt. From there, you will want to add this line of code to line 85:

 <td class="button__cell"><a href="**Insert URL Here**" class="button__text">**Leave a Review**</a></td>

Once that is inserted, replace the Insert URL Here text with the correct URL but ensure that you leave the quotation marks. You can also change the Leave a Review text to what ever text you prefer. Finally, you can click on Preview and send a test email to ensure that it is working correctly.

Thank you for clarifying that. The reason I asked is because I wanted to learn more about your business to better assist you. Have you set up local delivery and pick up on your online store to help reduce shipping costs? Do you have any plans on selling internationally?

@Mac_2 thank you, work perfectly.

my shop have Click&Collect for the moment.

How to customize button ?

Hi, @Nico38 !

I’m happy to hear that the tutorial worked for you. If you are looking to change the text on the button, you can head over to the line where you inserted the line of code and replace the Leave a Review text to whatever text you prefer.

That’s awesome to hear. Allowing local customers to collect their items will really help reduce shipping costs and improve their overall experience.
