I would like to add a section to the dawn theme where I can add banners with the option of parallax scrolling, is this possible?

Hello, that’s what I’m looking for yes. I would like a section adding so people can use it for adding images to the banner that has the parallax effect. Rather than going into the code

Do you have a way of adding a new option in the banner section ? Or a new section for parallax banner?
