Can I add a request order button in my cart template?

Hi.

Is it possible to add request order button in cart template for creating draft order with all cart line items?
Or some apps, which allows customer draft order request…

It is not entirely clear how I can use the wishlist app to create a draft order.

My goal is to find a way to split a payment over $1000 into 2 parts for b2b clients.
If the cart is more than $1,000, then an invoice is sent to the client’s company for $1,000, and the client pays the difference in the amount with another payment.

The idea was to implement the possibility of creating a draft order by the customer, after the store manager will split the order and send invoices .. but it doesn’t seem to work like that ..

looking for more options
