Can I add a video to a default page template in Symmetry 5.1.0?

I am using Symmetry 5.1.0 which is OS 2.0 https://putt.fun/

If I add a page using default page template can I add a video to that page or do I have to create a new page template with a video and then add a page with that template?

What if I want another page with two videos?

Is it the same for product pages also?

@WhiteGolf - you can add video to page description in the back end, else new template is the option.
