A user working with the Enterprise theme wants to add a video to a specific collection page banner.
One suggested workaround involves using the “Media with Text” section combined with metafields to display a video highlight on one collection while showing images on others.
However, a challenge exists: the “Media with Text” section would appear on all collection pages by default. To restrict it to a single collection page, custom code editing would be required to target that specific page using a unique ID or class.
The discussion remains open as the user seeks either a simpler direct method to add video to the collection banner or confirmation that the metafields approach with custom coding is the best solution.
I’m using the Enterprise theme and I’d like to add a video highlight to one of my collection pages, Can anyone help, I’m sure this is a simple fix.
One way round my issue would be to use the “Media With Text” section and create metafields but is there an easier route to take.

@nicfaiths - media with text section will be added to each and every collection. Your pages do not have special page specific id or class, therefore you will need bit code editing to show it on this particular single collection
It will yes…and then I can use metafields which will allow me to display a highlight video for one while using images on the others. This would be my workaround but is there a way I can place a video in the collection banner?
