Can I add an extra navigation bar on product pages using the Brooklyn theme?

Hi there. Using brooklyn theme, want a extra menu/navigation horizontal bar above product only on product page and above products on collection page. With buttons to switch between collections. Can this be simply coded? Or other sollution? want to keep the original menu’s.
