When looking at my website on a mobile device there are three lines on the left side does anybody know if I can add my Collections there not just contact and catalog

I understand that you’re trying to add your collections within the hamburger menu (three lines) that appear in the upper left corner on mobile. For better visibility, could you share your store URL here so I can take a look?
In the meantime, you can certainly make your collections accessible to customers by adding links to them. I’ll share our resource on adding links to collections, and the step-by-step process below. Once added, your customers will be able to locate your different collections in the navigation menu. You can also create a drop-down menu in your navigation.
Steps - How to add links to collections:

From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Navigation.

On the Navigation page, click the name of the menu you want to add the link to.

In the Menu items section, click Add menu item.

In the Name field, enter the name of the collection. This will be displayed to customers.

In the Link list, select Collection, and then select the collection that you’re adding a link for.

Click Add.

Click Save menu.
