Has anyone added marketing questions at POS checkout? Would like to connect “How did you hear of us?” and “What is your zip code?” Recognize that we will not get answers each time, but need to prompt the checkout clerk to ask.

I would love this in general, but particularly for gift cards and delivery orders. For gift cards, there’s no way to have a customized message sent to the recipient. For delivery order, they have to open up a separate app to answer a series of questions that will feed to the delivery crew. Any of these questions should flow into the native order metafields as well, so it’s easy to access.
Did anyone ever find a solution for this? We would LOVE this!
There are various apps now with “Shopify UI Extensions” for POS that allow you to add forms, etc. I haven’t tried them yet, but I know they exist as of very recently.
It appears the forms are online for online check out and not on an ipad retail experience which is disappointing.
