Can I add payment methods to my small business without registration?

Hello everyone

Just wanted to ask… I’m looking to make a small shop for hhc products i live in Greece is there a way to add a payment method without having like a registered business with tax numbers and such. For credit/debit, crypto and maybe PayPal google and apple pay
