Hello - I’d like to add an option for the members under OUR TEAM to direct to their personal website. However, all the options are to social media platforms. Is there any way to change this or add a website option?

Yes, this is possible. But there are social media which are already coded in the theme and you can’t add additional sections to footer. If you don’t want to add in footer then you use any of the sections. Else you need to add a new code using HTML and liquid via theme edit and use it for showcasing team members. This requires updating files and writing custom CSS/Liquid which is time consuming, Thus the solution can’t be provided here. However if you would like to hire a developer to do this for you, let me know here.
