When you open the release notes it says that I need to request early access?

I don’t understand, is it live? Can I already create my own subscription app and use it for my live shop?
Ok, I guess I need to request the access because I get an Access Denied error and there isn’t even a way to set the permission scopes for subscriptions.
But when the API will be public? So that I can publish the unlisted app and then use it on my own shops?
