Is it possible to remove the “- thequademethod” pictured below, I find that it looks very unprofessional. However, if it is not possible to remove it, can I at least somehow change it to “- The Quade Method”?

Go to your Shopify admin > Online Store > Preferences.
At the top of the page, you’ll see options for “Homepage title” and “Homepage meta description.”
Change the meta title here…
I have my meta title set only to “The Quade Method,” I am not sure why the “- thequademethod” is added. I know nothing about code but it looks like maybe in the liquid theme file that it is telling it to put that dash and some title from somewhere but I really don’t know what I am looking at. Here is what that page looks like for me though, no extra words.
It takes 90 days to crawl a new website, if you already have submitted sitemap to google and verified a domain then I would suggest to work on branding and SEO.
