Can I apply the my site's default theme to the my shopify store?

I want to discuss the theme selection about my shopify store .As, I like to use the same theme that i am using for my tiles play site in which all images,colors scheme and their similar features will implemented .So, It will give the good gesture for my clients for visiting and slightly connecting with my services. So I need yours help for finalizing this task.

No, my theme have no activation code . So,It will easily apply it for my store …Thanks for giving a solution .
