Is there a way to attach newsletter to the site. If I have “newsletter” in the header but want to attach created newsletter to this similar to a blog type post. They are in pdf file format?

You can add a newsletter sign-up to your storefront and you can use a Shopify app to send out newsletters.
Where do you have “newsletter” in the header? And are you suggesting that you want to attach a PDF version of your newsletter to your emails?
I’d like to understand your issue a bit more before I suggest anything else so that I can give you the most accurate information.
