Can I automatically create a product description table from a CSV file import?

Hi- I am trying to develop a store and trying to add products through csv file import. Under the product description in addition to the description text I need to add a 2 column 5 rows table (for each and every product). I wanted ask if I can create that table automatically so that the table takes the values from csv file?

I want product description to look like the link below. It has a description and a table. But I have more than 750 products, making the table manually would take a lot of time, just wanted to know if somehow i can automatically create bulk upload all the products, including the description and table.

thanks each product are same or different?

different but the titles in the left column would be same

For example:

Orgin: China

Size: 250
Age: New

Material: Cotton

oh sorry CSV not possiblt it add customization on metafiled

Thanks, so can you recommend an app that can do this automatically through file import/export as the store has more than 500 product, will be very difficult to add it one by one.
