Can I automatically display a logo based on a text meta field in store 2.0?

Hi there, I am just learning to work with the store 2.0 and meta fields. Is it possible to display an icon/image based on a text meta field?

Example, I create a text meta field “Car brand”. I fill out this “car brand” for every product. Now I’d like to add the car brand’s logo to either Files or meta fields and have it automatically displayed on the product page. I know I can create a file meta field, but I just don’t want to add the logo every time as I have lots of new products. So, when I pick Volvo, there automatically be the Volvo logo. If pick Mercedes in the product editor, I’d want to see the Mercedes logo and “Mercedes” from the text meta field right next to it. Is something like this possible without coding?

first time it needs to code to show logos as you want.
like you want Audi the you have to upload “logo-audi.png” file to your file upload once so when ever you pick Audi on products.
