Can I build a tailored customer resource portal on Shopify?

I’m trying to build a customer resource portal for our retail customers. The customer is one who purchases a 12-week protocol to heal their dog’s gut microbiome.There are three phases to this protocol with different resources associated with each phase, and individualized instructions (a diet plan specifically for a 37 lb. male Golden Retriever for instance) tied to each phase as well.Ideally, the portal would have a timeline (integrated with our CRM, Active Campaign) that shows them where they are in the 12-week process, and has drop-downs allowing them to access their individualized information along with the more general, but phase-specific information, too. Is there a Shopify app that would do 80% of the work before I needed to involve a developer?
