From what I know, once the domain is registered they are no longer refundable.

Domains are considered non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods which are not exchangeable or transferrable. Once a domain is purchased, it belongs to the buyer for the year ahead and cannot be refunded. This is outlined in the Domain Registration Agreement which is presented at the time of domain purchase. With that being said, since your domain is misspelled, we can look into providing a possible refund. It’s subject to approval however, there’s a chance that it can be cancelled.
