Can I continuously use the Pause and Build mode for irregular bookings?

Hi all.

I tried the live chat but couldn’t really get a straight answer.

I’m about to start a service-based business that will have irregular bookings.

Is there a limit on how long you can stay on Pause and Build?

Is there a limit on how many times you can use Pause and Build?

In other words, can I keep my store in Pause and Build mode and then just open it for those months that I have a booking?

Or would that be considered not fair use of the service?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums with your question. I am sorry to hear you didn’t get the answer you needed through our live chat. I would recommend replying back to your ticket with that feedback as this is a pretty straight forward question that all our support team should be able to answer!

I want to assure you that you can use the Pause and Build plan at any time, for any length of time, once it becomes available to you. It will only be available after your store has been on a paid plan for 60 days, after that time you can utilize it as you need for your business. Even if you go back to the standard plans, you can switch back to the Pause and Build plan at any time. Switching plans does not reset that 60 day timer.
