Can I create a custom banner under my hero image using CSS?

Hi I’m trying to implement a custom banner under my hero image is there any way to do this with css?

I’d really appreciate any help. I thought of creating a second hero image and changing the height which would work but can’t seem to find the css for the second hero image to change the height?

Please see screenshot of what I’d like to achieve

As I see your question. Yes you can Implement the other banner image underneath the hero image but you need the good knowledge of HTML, CSS and Liquid.
