Checkout page is managed by Shopify, so you cannot edit it. I recommend you to contact Shopify directly, they will help you check and give the best solution.

On the “Shopify Plus” plan, you can display custom widgets on the shipping page with UI extensions. For lower plans, although not a dropdown, you can use third-party carrier-calculated shipping to display pickup options in the shipping method list. However, this requires the development of a custom app.
We encountered the same problem and created the ShipWisely app, that provides Omniva, LP Express, DPD, Venipak (and more) parcel lockers and pickup points at checkout. Feel free to give it a try.
