Is it possible to create a landing page that can only be viewed if the customer has the HTML address or a QR code for that page? I’m planning to vend at an event & I will have QR codes on the physical samples. I only want those pages to be visible to people scanning the code at the event and not to someone browsing the website from another destination.

Natively Shopify doesn’t support this feature, you need to develop custom code or use an app. You can take a look for example at Locksmith on Shopify App Store.

Yes, as others have suggested this is possible by using the app Locksmith
You can then generate a fully custom QR Code that people can scan at your event with our app Releasit QR Code Generator. On the app you just need to copy and paste the link that you created on Locksmith as the QR destination, like this:
Then you can download your QR Code and use it in your printed material at the event! When scanned the QR Code will redirect people to your protected page.
