Regards your concern about multilanguage of theme. That is possible the multi language is available for every theme. You just need to build your homepage in your native language first and then you can translate it into secondary language you want to.
You can use Shopify market to localization and translation to sell on world wide or just simply translate language only: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/markets/languages
