Can I create a page template which will show other pages to choose from when clicked?

I want to have my Careers Page in the footer. When it was in the regular menu I had a drop down showing 3 different pages to choose from on hover. I have realised that when I move this page to the footer the other pages of course will not display.

Is there a way of creating a template for my Careers Page which after clicking on will show for example 3 pictures which can also be clicked on to take people to different pages that I have created i.e. my apprenticeship page, current vacancies etc.

Or is the only way that I can do this is add these pages separately to the footer.

Yeah you can. You create a template then assign it to the careers page. Then on that template you add the pictures which onClick will redirect to the individual pages you want.

When creating the template I’ll advise you use a json ie. careers-template.json so you’ll be able to use sections for it. Nevertheless you can create it as a liquid file ie. careers-templare.liquid and hardcode the images if you dont have the need to use any dynamic sections.

And no you wont be able to have a dropdown in your footer menu.
