I’m using a Shopify app called Rivo Popups ‑ Email Pop ups to get subscribed customers to email marketing. it adds a new tag Subscribed via Rivo to the subscriber. but when I want to create an automation to send an email to new “Customer subscribed to email marketing” it gets just customers with tag newsletter. There is anyone who can help me to fix that?
