I’m highly curious if there is a way to make my store look like this? (The tabs above the logo) The person who owns the store has a second shop on the same site but with a different logo. The URL that shows up is different from his main store domain. I was wondering if this was possible to do with my shop, in case I ever decide to expand further?

That is 100% possible. It looks like they created just created two pages and custom designed them.
